インドネシアでは目下、日本人を主に狙った悪どい「振込詐欺」が横行している。
手口は今人気の (価格が１０万円近くに暴騰している)ロシア製携帯ＧＭカウンター
(モデル１５０３/１７０６）を１０台まとめて買うと、なんと一台２４０ドル（日本円で、約
２万円）で売りますという （甘い）インターネット広告で、客を騙し、客からの
２０ー４０万円の振り込みを、仮設の銀行口座から受け取ると、ドロンと姿を消す
詐欺師である。(返金請求ができる) カードによる支払いは受け付けない！
目下 「Ｓｈｅｎ Ｌｉ Ｓｈｏｐ」や 「Hup Seng Trading」 というインターネット店名
(住所: ジャワ島の東端スラバヤ市内！ 詳しくはコメントを参照せよ) を使って、詐欺を働いている。
口座名 (店長と称する名前) や口座番号は、(警察の手から逃れるために)
その都度変えているようだが、いつもスマトラ島にある同じ銀行、支店を利用している。
下記にその銀行の支店の住所を示す。 店のマネジャーの名前も、リタとかジェーンとか
コロコロ変名している。

この詐欺師は、英作文能力に乏しく、メール中に「Hear you as soon」
という変てこな英文が必ず出てくる。 これが「星」(犯人) の指紋的エラー。。。
目下 「ＢＮＩ」銀行に、この詐欺口座の凍結を、更にインドネシア「Ｐｏｌｉｃｅ」に詐欺犯人
の逮捕を依頼中。

ARC (artepillin C) in Propolis:
not only "Anti-cancer", but also "Anti-diabetic"
Brazilian green propolis extract (GPE) contains the anti-cancer ingredient
"ARC" (artepillin C) which we found a few years ago selectively blocks the
oncogenic kinase "PAK1", without affecting another oncogenic kinase AKT.
GPE has been used for the therapy of PAK1-dependent solid tumors which represent
more than 70% of all human cancers, since its anti-cancer property was found
two decades ago. Interestingly, however, GPE was often used for the therapy
of insulin-resistant diabetes (type 2) as well, although the anti-diabetic
ingredient in GPE has not been identified until recently.
This year Je-Tae Woo's group at Chubu University in Japan found that ARC
is a ligand for the nuclear receptor "PPAR gamma" which boosts the cellular
glucose uptake from blood stream by up-regulating the glucose transporter
"GLUT-4" (1).
Just like ARC, CAPE (caffeic acid phenethyl ester), the major anti-cancer
ingredient in NZ propolis such as "Bio 30" not only blocks selectively PAK1,
but also activates a tumor suppressive kinase called "AMPK". AMPK then activates
GLUT-4, boosting the cellular glucose uptake. Thus, CAPE-based propolis
is also useful for not only for cancer therapy, but also for the treatment
of diabetes (type 2).
Interestingly, another natural compound called "emodin" also shares both
anti-cancer and anti-diabetic properties with ARC and CAPE. This anthroquinone
derivative blocks PAK1, suppressing the growth of cancers, and activates
both AMPK and PPAR gamma, boosting the cellular glucose uptake. Thus, in
principle, emodin-rich Chinese herb called "Da Huang" (big yellow) root
extract would be useful for both cancer and diabetes therapies. Amazingly,
at least a dozen other natural compounds such as curcumin, resveratrol,
apigenin, berberine, capsaicin/capsiate, and salidroside are known to share
the same anti-cancer/anti-diabetic property with ARC, CAPE and emodin, both
blocking PAK1 and activating GLUT-4.

「原子炉」は国有化、老朽化した原発は「廃炉」処理すべきだ！
名作「大地」の著者パール・バック（１８９２ー１９７３）が、１９５９年に出版した小説
「Command the Morning」(邦訳：神の火を制御せよー原爆をつくった人々) は、
史上初の原子炉や原爆を開発した現場に携わる科学者たちの葛藤が、
史実に基づいて描かれた作品であるが、その作品の中に、いみじくも史上初の
「原子炉事故」の模様が克明に描かれている。原子炉の操作中、誤って大量の
放射能を浴びた若い技士ディックが、病院のベッドで、ついに被曝死への運命を
たどる。１週間ほど死と闘い続けるディックの看護に終始した若い女性科学者
ジェーン (紅一点) は、ロスアラモス砂漠での史上初の原爆実験を目撃する
チャンスを失う。そして、彼女を含めて、７０人近くの科学者たちが、日本への
原爆投下に強く反対する署名をする。しかし、トルーマン政府はそれを無視して、
広島と長崎に原爆投下を決行する。。。
さて、それから６６年後に発生した我が国の「東電」経営の福島原発の事故現場
で、（東電の職員に代わって、決死的な収拾作業に従事したため）被曝した３人
の「下請け」技士が、治療のため、「放医研」の病院に運ばれる際、東電から誰
も付き添いを派遺しなかったという、信じ難たい事実が明るみになった。東電の
無責任さ、「他力本願」と（自らの被曝を避ける）「へっぴり腰」の対応に呆れる
ばかりではなく、「原発」という名の「時限爆弾」の経営を今後とも引続き、
福島や福井 (もんじゅ) の住民たちは、東京電力や関西電力に委せられるだろう
か？ 我が国に散乱するこれら老朽化した原発は全部、閉鎖／廃炉処理しか外に
選択枝はないだろう。。。 政府は早急に「廃炉」勧告を出すべきだ！
そして、原発の経営は今後、(無責任な電力会社に代わって) 「国有化」
(電々公社)に移行すべきだ！
自然界のどこにも無尽蔵に存在する天然エネルギー、すなわち太陽光線、風力、
水力などを、もっと積極的に利用しようではないか！
